In recognition of this loyalty, we are excited to offer our Bioedit Loyalty Rewards program, which rewards you with bigger and better rewards and discounts the more you send papers for us to edit.

Every time we complete a new, full editing job for you, a loyalty stamp will be accredited to your account. Collected stamps can then be subsequently redeemed for future jobs, with rewards varying based on the number of stamps you use.

1 Stamp = 10% Discount

Returning clients to Bioedit have always enjoyed a 10% discount on future submissions, and with our new scheme this continues, with one stamp worth a 10% discount on editing services.

2 Stamps = Free Abstract Editing

Free editing of abstract text, either as a standalone document or discounted from the editing of a full manuscript.

3 Stamps = Free Cover Letter Writing

Receive a free Cover Letter Writing add-on service, which prepares a draft cover letter for the submission of your manuscript to your preferred journal.

10 Stamps = Free Regular Manuscript Editing (up to $350 value)

Collect the maximum number of stamps and we will edit a manuscript to the value of $350 free of charge. Regular speed only. Value can be deducted from the cost of a longer manuscript.

Terms and Conditions

Users are eligible to collect 1 stamp upon the completion of fully-paid manuscript editing work that was submitted without the use of discount codes or stamps exchanged. Users must not use a stamp in order to subsequently collect a stamp. Stamps are not collected for revised work, whether paid or complimentary, or the editing of abstracts or excerpts of text at Bioedit's discretion.

Users exchanging their stamps receive the single reward associated with the number of stamps they choose to redeem. Users may choose the number of stamps they want to redeem on submission of work.

Discounts codes still apply, but cannot be used in combination with the offers in the loyalty rewards program. Discount code users will not receive stamps upon completion of their work.

Rewards may change at any time and are provided at Bioedit's discretion, who retain the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
